1. Information We Collect
When you subscribe to Aron, we collect your name, email address, and subscription status. Website checkout also collects payment information through our payment provider. For iPhone App Store purchases, Apple processes payment information and we receive App Store transaction data needed to confirm access. When you use the app, we collect device identifiers (device ID, device type, device model) to enforce the device policy described in our Terms of Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your subscription and payments
- Send you your activation code and subscription-related emails
- Manage your devices and account
- Respond to support requests
- Improve our app and services
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Website payment processing is handled by Bank of Georgia's secure payment gateway, and iPhone App Store payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store your full card details.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers needed to run the service: Bank of Georgia and Apple for payment/subscription processing, Google Firebase for data storage, and Resend for transactional emails.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at support@aron.ge to exercise these rights.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain your data for up to 12 months for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
