1. Service Description

Aron is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) application for Georgian-speaking users. The app is free to download but requires a paid subscription to access full functionality. iPhone subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Website, Android, and enterprise subscriptions are billed through aron.ge.

2. Subscription & Activation

Website, Android, and enterprise subscribers receive a unique activation code. iPhone App Store subscribers unlock access by signing in and completing or restoring their App Store purchase. Existing website subscribers can sign in on iPhone with the same verified email to link their access. One subscription grants access to one account.

3. Device Policy

Each account may be used on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously:

  • One phone (Android or iPhone)
  • One tablet (Android tablet or iPad)

You cannot use the same account on two phones or two tablets. If you need to replace a device, you may remove it from your account at aron.ge/account/devices. After removing a device, there is a 24-hour cooldown before a new device of the same type can be added.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Website subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via credit card through Bank of Georgia. By starting a subscription you authorize aron.ge to automatically charge your saved card the applicable plan amount on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel a website subscription at any time through aron.ge/account. App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and must be cancelled from your Apple account subscription settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless the payment provider states otherwise.

Failed-payment retry policy. If a renewal charge fails (for example due to insufficient funds), aron.ge will automatically attempt the same charge up to two additional times on the following schedule:

  • Initial attempt: on your renewal date.
  • Second attempt: approximately 2 days after the initial failure.
  • Third (final) attempt: approximately 5 days after the initial failure.

During this retry window your access is suspended. If any retry succeeds, your access is restored immediately and the new billing period begins on the day of the successful charge. If all three attempts fail, your subscription is marked expired and no further automatic charges are made; you can resubscribe at any time from aron.ge/account.

5. Fair Use

Sharing your activation code or account credentials with others is prohibited. Each subscription is for personal use by one individual (or one patient/student in the case of enterprise accounts). Abuse of the sharing policy may result in account suspension.

6. Enterprise Accounts

Organizations may purchase activation codes in bulk at aron.ge/enterprise. Each code activates one individual account. Volume discounts apply. Enterprise codes are subject to the same device policy as individual accounts.

7. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with Aron, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase at support@aron.ge for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for renewal payments.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
